What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that you give me a 24 hour notice prior to canceling or rescheduling. No shows result in no longer being able to book with me.

Do you take walk ins?

I am by appointment only.

How long will my appointment take?

Each service has a specific time allotted, which is listed on my online booking page. I am confident in my timing and hardly ever go over or run late.

What hair types do you have experience with?

I have experience with a wide range of hair type and texture. Fine, thin hair. Curly or wavy hair. Latina hair. Long hair. Extra thick, dense hair, etc. The only hair I do not work with is extremely short hair or pixie cuts.

What is included in each service?

When looking through my services listed on my website and online booking, make sure to click for more info. You will see all service descriptions listed. If you would like a haircut included with your service, make sure to select add-on haircut listed under add-ons.

Do you allow guests or children?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, as well as to maintain a relaxing environment, I kindly ask that you do not bring children. For shorter services, such as haircuts or consultations, I do not mind if you bring a guest.
